Step 1 Room Preparation: Furniture is moved or relocated to provide access to work area. Furniture is then covered with plastic and floors are covered with drop cloths to insure protection of your property.
Step 2 Surface Preparation: All drywall repairs are completed, including nail pops, stress cracks, drywall tape, etc. Cracks in the trim are caulked with a 60-year caulk. A stain-killing acrylic or oil-based primer is applied as needed.
Step 3 Paint: We use Duron, Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore paints. We use only the top of the line paints from these manufacturers in flat, matte, eggshell, satin, semi-gloss and gloss finishes. We recommend an eggshell, satin or semi-gloss finish on interior paint jobs where washability is a priority.
Step 4 Clean Up: All areas are cleaned and dusted at completion of the interior paint job. Furniture is returned to its original positions. Any leftover paint is left for future touch ups and color matches.
Step 5 Final Inspection and Payment: We will contact you as we near completion of the interior paint job to schedule a final inspection with you. All final touch up is done at this time. We want you to be completely satisfied with the job before we collect payment. We accept cash, check and credit cards (visa, mastercard and discover). For a Free Estimate
